OK, Electric Forest/Rothbury lost me with their lineup today. Too many DJs and not enough musicians! Planning Hoxeyville but considering Dunegrass as well. How about some Wayward Roots, Mike Vial, Red Tail Ring, Northern Skies AND/OR AtAverage, Mr. Blotto, and CORNMEAL!? All Michigan or Illinois!
It would be great if you would check out or add the SOUL XPRESS BAND…They are a High Energy Funk & Soul band…These guys not only sound great but really put on a show….see web site soulxpress.net for band info.
I would like to suggest Thinner Teed, out of Chicago, or The Great Divide, also out of Chicago. also, sexfist would be fun too
Fundubmentals! There are a great reggae band from tc! Been plain the scene for 4 plus years and have a great following! They play all over michigan. They need to be playing dune grass this year!

They have a Reggae and unique sound and fill up the
Union Street Station everytime they play there
They are guys originally from Traverse
My husband will only go to DG if there are some reggae bands…could you consider adding some? 3 years ago there were several and it really added an eclectic mix to the lineup.

I wanted to speak my mind and suggest you check out a band called The Deep End out of Ann Arbor Michigan. They are four talented guys who have a real great eclectic style of music that is sure to please any crowd. They seem to always have a decent crowd at there shows which i think would be a plus for you folks at Dunegrass.

I’ve seen The Deep End perform at Rock & Reggae fest in Mount Pleasant last year and they rock. I went to Dunegrass last year and these guys would be perfect. PUT THEM ON YOUR LINEUP THIS YEAR!
